Forum composition

Each Forum is a small, confidential group. Participants are carefully matched so there is enough shared understanding for conversations to be immediately relevant, and enough difference in experience to challenge assumptions.
Forums may combine similar or complementary leadership contexts, and cross-sector Forums may be available where different perspectives add value. Individuals can join and be matched with suitable peers — there is no need to bring a group.
Dedicated Forums may also be formed for organisations, leadership teams or established groups seeking a confidential setting shaped around their own context.
Direct competitive or conflict relationships are avoided, so participants can speak candidly about the situations they are actually navigating. Membership is confirmed only once both the participant and Deep Waters are confident the composition is right.

Primary price: $249 + GST per participant, per month
Amount including GST: NZ$286.35 including GST
Participation: The monthly fee applies to an individual place in a carefully composed Forum. Participants do not need to assemble a group or fill multiple places.
Invoicing and arrangement: Dedicated Forums may be available by arrangement. Every arrangement begins with a short, confidential conversation to confirm fit. A tax invoice will be issued upon booking confirmation.
Facilitation
Experienced facilitation, matched to the leadership context.
Nick Harvey personally facilitates commercial Forums. Public-sector and civil-society Forums are facilitated by the Deep Waters principal best matched to the context.
In every case the facilitator’s role is the same: to help the group move past surface-level discussion, examine the underlying issue and turn differing perspectives into clearer judgement and purposeful action.
